Wykamol NMD Tanking Slurry Bag In 20kg Bucket NMDTANKBUCK20

The Wykamol NMD Tanking Slurry is a high-performance, cementitious waterproofing solution designed for internal and external use. Supplied in a convenient 20kg bucket, this ready-to-mix slurry is ideal for creating a seamless, durable barrier against water ingress in a wide range of building substrates.

Product Features/Specifications:

Packaged in a sturdy 20kg bucket, the Wykamol NMD Tanking Slurry features a powder formulation that, when mixed with clean water, forms a highly effective waterproofing layer. Its cement-based composition ensures strong adhesion to masonry surfaces while resisting negative water pressure — making it an essential component for professional tanking systems.

Detailed Product Benefits:

Engineered for robust structural waterproofing, the NMD Tanking Slurry is particularly effective against water ingress through walls and floors in below-ground structures. Its advanced formulation allows it to withstand negative hydrostatic pressure, making it suitable for use in basements, cellars, and retaining walls. The slurry is easy to apply via brush or spray, offering excellent coverage and long-lasting protection. Once cured, it forms a flexible yet solid barrier that adheres to damp substrates without the need for a bonding agent.

Applications and Versatility:

Ideal for both new construction and renovation projects, Wykamol NMD Tanking Slurry can be used in:

  • Basements and Cellars:  As part of a damp-proofing system for below-ground waterproofing.
  • Water Tanks and Reservoirs:** Ensures a watertight seal for potable and non-potable water structures.
  • Retaining Walls: Prevents moisture ingress in ground-retaining applications.
  • Bathrooms and Wet Rooms: Acts as a waterproof base prior to tiling.
  • Foundations and Underground Car Parks: Protects structural elements from water and chemical penetration.

Its versatility also extends to compatibility with various substrates including brick, concrete, blockwork, and stone.
