Lead 6 Metre Roll Code 3 300mm

Our Lead 6 Metre Roll Code 3 300mm is a premium-grade rolled lead sheet, manufactured to British Standard BS EN 12588. Ideal for a wide range of roofing and weatherproofing applications, this versatile material provides long-lasting performance, ease of installation, and excellent resistance to the elements. Perfect for both new builds and heritage projects.

Product Features/Specifications:

This roll measures 300mm in width and 6 metres in length, with a Code 3 weight designation (1.32mm thickness). Made from milled lead sheet, it offers a smooth finish for a neat, professional appearance. Its malleability and strength make it easy to handle while ensuring robust protection.

Detailed Product Benefits:

The Code 3 Lead Roll offers exceptional durability and weather resistance. Thanks to its natural flexibility, it conforms easily to irregular shapes, creating a seamless barrier against water ingress. It naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes, which minimises the risk of cracking or splitting over time. Furthermore, lead is known for its environmental sustainability—being 100% recyclable—making it a smart choice for eco-conscious builders and roofers.

Applications and Versatility:

This lead roll is widely used in roofing, flashing, cladding, valley gutters, and dormer windows. Its compact width of 300mm is perfect for step flashing and chimney trays, while the 6-metre length ensures fewer joints for better waterproof integrity. It's equally suited for modern architecture and the restoration of listed buildings where traditional materials are required.

Features & Benefits List:

  • Manufactured to BS EN 12588 standard
  • Code 3 thickness (1.32mm) for moderate load and coverage
  • Ideal for vertical cladding, soakers, and flashing
