Keystone Cavity Wall Lintels SK90 2700mm

The Keystone Cavity Wall Lintel SK90 2700mm is a high-performance structural component designed to support masonry loads above openings in external cavity walls. Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, this lintel ensures long-lasting strength and reliability in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

Product Features/Specifications:

Sleekly engineered with a hot-dip galvanized finish, the SK90 lintel features a box-profile design that allows it to carry substantial loadings while providing a clean and unobtrusive appearance. Suitable for cavity widths between 90–105mm, it delivers both strength and structural consistency.

Detailed Product Benefits:

The SK90 2700mm lintel is designed with thermal performance and structural efficiency in mind. It incorporates integral insulation to reduce thermal bridging, helping to meet energy efficiency standards. The lintel’s high load-bearing capacity and reinforced design make it ideal for distributing masonry and additional floor or roof loads evenly across the opening. Keystone’s manufacturing excellence ensures strict quality control, compliance with BS EN 845-2 standards, and compatibility with all common building materials.

Applications and Versatility:

Perfectly suited for a range of construction projects, the Keystone SK90 cavity wall lintel is commonly used in:

  • External cavity walls over windows and door openings
  • Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls
  • New builds and refurbishments
  • Brick and blockwork structures

Its discreet profile also makes it ideal for projects where aesthetics are just as important as function, supporting architectural detailing without compromise.
