Timco In-Dex Timber Screw Hex Head 6.7 x 150 per Box/50 150IN

The Timco In-Dex Timber Screw Hex Head 6.7 x 150 is a high-performance heavy-duty fixing designed for structural timber applications. Made from premium carbon steel with a durable corrosion-resistant coating, this screw delivers strength, reliability, and ease of use for trade professionals and serious DIYers alike.

Product Features/Specifications:

These robust timber screws feature a hexagonal head for high torque driving, a sharp point for quick insertion, and a double countersunk design to reduce splitting. Each box contains 50 screws, measuring 6.7mm in diameter and 150mm in length, engineered for secure, long-lasting connections.

Detailed Product Benefits:

The Timco In-Dex Timber Screw is purpose-built for heavy-duty external timber-to-timber applications such as fencing, decking, landscaping, and structural framing. With a coarse single thread and a self-countersinking head, it offers superior pull-out resistance and cleaner finishes. The exterior green ruspert coating provides long-lasting corrosion protection, making it ideal for outdoor use—even in pressure-treated timber or harsh weather conditions.

The hex head design allows for maximum driving power with reduced cam-out, ensuring that the screws can be driven in quickly and securely using power tools. Its Type 17 slash point tip minimizes the need for pre-drilling, improving efficiency and reducing timber splitting.

Applications and Versatility:

Perfect for both construction sites and landscaping projects, these screws are widely used for:

  • Deck joists and framing
  • Timber fencing and sleepers
  • Garden structures and pergolas
  • Carports, sheds, and timber retaining walls
