75 x 100 mm Treated Carcassing 4x3 Dry Graded C2

This 75 x 100 mm Treated Carcassing Timber (commonly known as 4x3) is a premium-quality structural timber, expertly kiln-dried and graded to C24 standards. Manufactured from sustainably sourced softwood, it's pressure-treated for long-lasting protection and is ideal for structural applications in both residential and commercial projects.

Product Features/Specifications:

Crafted from high-grade softwood, this carcassing timber boasts a smooth finish and is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content, minimising the risk of movement. The timber is green pressure-treated to help defend against rot, fungal attack, and insect infestation, making it suitable for use in damp or exposed environments.

Detailed Product Benefits:

Our C24-graded carcassing timber meets strict strength requirements, providing greater load-bearing capacity and structural integrity than lower-graded alternatives. The kiln-drying process ensures excellent dimensional stability, reducing the chance of warping or splitting over time. The pressure treatment enhances its resistance to external elements, extending the lifespan of your construction and reducing maintenance needs. Ideal for load-bearing structures such as joists, rafters, and framing, this timber combines reliability, strength, and protection in one superior product.

Applications and Versatility:

Perfect for a wide range of structural applications, this 75 x 100 mm timber is widely used in flooring, decking substructures, roofing, and wall partitioning. Its durability makes it equally suited for indoor and outdoor projects, including fencing, pergolas, and raised beds. Whether you're a professional builder or a keen DIY enthusiast, this versatile carcassing timber is a go-to solution for strong, stable construction.
